Return Policy
After the receipt of your order, we offer a 10-day return policy on any unused item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee. However we do ask is that you cover all shipping and insurance costs associated with returning unwanted items.
Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 10-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We issue refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: We cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
All clearance, final sale, or “as is” marked items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Ineligible items: Bearings, Clearance items, and Custom Finished Products

Our 10-day return policy does not include coverage of accidents and user errors such dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures or any misuse of products.
Pack all merchandise safely to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking & insurance. 2R Designs, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
